PSG targets Bayern again, Ten Hag no longer controls transfers, Atletico is about to get Moise Kean, Brighton welcomes a third rookie.

PSG targets Bayern again. According to RMC Sport, PSG wants to strengthen their defense and has put Bayern Munich midfielder Matthijs De Ligt in their sights. This is the second Die Roten player that Les Parisiens is interested in this month, after Joshua Kimmich. However, Bayern does not want to sell De Ligt because they are seriously lacking a central defender.
